Our Client is one of the UK's leading law firms in the FMS space. Due to continued growth they have opened a new office in Manchester and are looking for a Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor. They are known for their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality legal solutions to their clients.
As a Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:
- Manage a caseload of financial mis-selling claims from initial instruction to resolution.
- Supervise a team of paralegals
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision‐making.
- Prepare and draft documents, including statements and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, providing clear and professional advice on their cases.
- Engage with third parties, including financial institutions and opposing solicitors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Contribute to the team's goals by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
A successful Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor should ideally have experience in FMS work although our client will consider candidates who have other volume litigation experience.
