Job summary
A leading industrial process solutions company is seeking a Production Operations Technician in West Bromwich, UK. The ideal candidate will have hands-on operational experience and strong attention to detail, ensuring all pre-fill and post-fill inspections are completed accurately. Responsibilities include maintaining vessel integrity, documenting inspections, and collaborating with customer service teams for timely order dispatch. This role offers a strong opportunity for growth as the company expands its workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational roles within an industrial environment.
- Ability to carry out inspections accurately and reliably.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with teams.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections before products are released.
- Maintain accurate labelling and documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Inspect pressure gauges and monitoring devices and report faults.
Skills
Location: UK
Hours: Monday-Friday - 6am-3pm
We’re partnering with a leading industrial process solutions company investing heavily in new UK facilities as they scale from 10 to 50 employees over the next 3-4 years.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on operational work, technical accuracy, and supporting safe, compliant production processes.
- Carry out all required pre‑fill and post‑fill inspections before products are released
- Ensure all vessels are maintained, removing any that require repair or attention
- Maintain accurate labelling and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Inspect pressure gauges and monitoring devices and report faults to the Maintenance Manager
- Prepare transport and documentation for outgoing goods once trained and signed off
- Liaise with customer service teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full
- Provide daily operational updates to internal stakeholders
- Knowledge and Bartender labelling system when working in Despatch
