  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional product management, engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison for international go‑to‑market activities, supporting sales teams, partner enablement, and customer pre‑sales conversations across multiple regions.
  • Act as a customer advocate by monitoring solution performance, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement in AI accuracy, safety, and clinical usability.
  • Leverage strong technical background to work effectively with developers and architects on AI model behavior, system performance, interoperability, and deployment considerations.
  • Utilise healthcare domain expertise—clinical workflows, EHR systems, and data standards—to guide product decisions; experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) preferred but not required.
  • Support global customer engagement efforts, including demos, technical deep dives, and early‑adopter programs, ensuring successful adoption and market readiness.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Clinical, Patient, and enterprise‑level Healthcare AI Agent capabilities, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows, safety, and regulatory expectations.

  • Translate complex customer needs into detailed functional requirements and collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive technical execution.
  • Partner with the broader functional product management group to prioritise features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure consistent delivery across global markets.
  • Work closely with international go‑to‑market teams to support product launch readiness, including sales enablement, partner training, competitive positioning, and solution messaging.
  • Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support by participating in customer demos, responding to technical and workflow questions, and guiding customers through adoption and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on compliance, interoperability, cloud deployment, and integration with clinical systems; experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) preferred but not required.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven track record delivering successful, regulated software products (e.g., healthcare solutions, EHR/EMR modules, clinical decision support, or similar) with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in European market expansion: localisation pricing/packaging, partner/channel strategy, and post‑launch iteration.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML in products (model integration and evaluation, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, monitoring for drift/bias) with responsible AI practices.
  • Technical fluency: APIs/SDKs, cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), data platforms and pipelines, CI/CD, observability, reliability/SLOs; ability to write clear PRDs and navigate technical trade‑offs.
