We’re recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a key role in evaluating and optimising Salesforce usage with Einstein AI, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as key focuses.
This is a 3-month contract with high likelihood of extension. The position is Outside IR35 and offers a daily rate of £400–£500. This role requires 1-2 days a week onsite in the West Midlands.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant in previous roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of Einstein AI features and their business applications.
- Previous experience leveraging AI features such as predictive insights, forecasting, automation, next-best-action etc.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations including APIs and middleware.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory capabilities.
