Solar Site Manager - UK Wide 400-450 / day Outside IR35

Were recruiting on behalf of multiple leading EPC contractors for experienced Solar Site Managers to join their teams on exciting renewable energy projects across the UK. With a variety of sites and projects available this is a unique chance to gain exposure to different technologies teams and project types while advancing your career in the solar industry.

As a Solar Site Manager youll take full ownership of your sites leading teams and subcontractors managing schedules budgets and quality standards and ensuring health and safety compliance at all times. This is a hands‑on role that requires a proactive solution‑focused approach and the ability to adapt to different site environments.

Flexibility to travel anywhere in the UK is essential as projects are spread nationwide. Candidates must have proven site management experience strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
