What you will be doing
  • Identify and cultivate key relationships with relevant industry influencers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned brands and manage MDF budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to define, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Create marketing plans for the respective region.
  • Manage the introduction of new programs or features with a strong focus on digital marketing and online channels.
  • Develop and / or implement marketing policies and objectives.
  • Define the internal and external communication strategy for areas of responsibility.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized marketing methodologies, tools, and collateral for the assigned area, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate and manage relevant events.
  • Contract and work with external vendors to develop and deliver marketing programs.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget.
  • May manage fee-based marketing programs focused on targeted markets.
  • May oversee the tracking of supplier rebates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Has extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts.
  • Brings 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and / or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables.
  • Thinks strategically to identify the best ways to achieve results and proactively suggests improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Poses complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
  • Demonstrates strong self-direction and autonomy in completing tasks.
  • Serves as the primary organizational contact on key projects and assignments.
  • Engages with senior leaders and coordinates cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Contributes directly to the achievement of key organizational objectives.
  • Ensures work outcomes that support critical organizational goals.
