Job description

Pin Point Recruitment is working with a growing organisation to recruit a Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of the company’s marketing activity. This role is ideal for a proactive and creative marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing and brand development.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building online brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting the wider sales function through engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will develop and manage the company’s brand presence across digital, print, and client-facing platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in line with existing brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen brand awareness across all marketing channels
  • Take ownership of the company brand, both internally and externally
  • Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive library of product-related copy for marketing and sales proposals
  • Collect and maintain a library of product samples for marketing and proposal use
  • Plan, write, and distribute email marketing campaigns
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns
  • Design website banners and support the creation of web-based visuals
  • Produce engaging creative content, including blogs, videos, and other digital assets
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
  • Organise and attend events such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events
  • Coordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Manage and maintain contact and customer databases
  • Support lead-generation activities and reporting
  • Conduct market research, including customer surveys and feedback analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
