Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Marketing Manager
- Set up, plan, optimise and report back on performance across mobile campaigns, including but not limited to App‑to‑app Display (via Ad Networks), Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, UAC, FB App Campaigns.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Country Managers globally to plan, deliver and execute successful monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for channels.
- Closely monitor and deliver mobile performance within defined KPIs (growth volume, conversion rates, CPA & LTV).
- Deliver complex strategies for growth, identify in‑app fraud and mitigate it, assist on other projects such as ASO, creative optimisation and conversion rate optimisation, and nurture junior members of staff and non‑digital stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, deliver and execute monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for campaigns.
- Identify and test new channels outside of the existing marketing mix to add scale to performance plans.
- Assist on the in‑housing of additional markets in 2025‑2026 for relevant channels per the approved internal in‑housing migration plan.
- Develop robust tracking and measurement systems to ensure accurate campaign performance, working with BI / MA and other stakeholders as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications of the Mobile Marketing Manager
- Extensive experience in Mobile Marketing within the UK; experience in other markets is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Proven ability to build and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results.
- Hands‑on experience across major performance marketing platforms, with a core focus on Mobile Ad Networks, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Expert understanding of digital tracking, measurement and reporting tools, specifically AppsFlyer (experience with other MMPs such as Adjust or Singular is beneficial), Mobile Fraud Prevention tools such as TrafficGuard and P360, Analytics platforms such as Firebase and GA4.
- Experience in digital marketing planning and forecasting.
- Experience working with multinational organisations, with an understanding of cultural and regulatory differences.
