Job description

Our engineering clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

This role has responsibility for the Marketing team, building and delivering on strategies and objectives to develop and grow the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Production and delivery of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the UK and Export
  • Management of the Marketing Budget
  • Identify market opportunities for the business and its products
  • Initiate the New Product Introduction process by undertaking business case assessment
  • Maintenance and promotion of the company brand
  • Digital marketing including Social media and Automated Email Marketing
  • Management of external agencies
  • Website content management (Wordpress)
  • Creation of content for print and online (images and text)
  • Use of CRM and Lead Generation Software
  • Analytics reporting to measure campaign success, web traffic and trends
  • Developing effective follow up activities following CPD events to promote our brands and products
  • Produce promotional materials
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns
  • Mentor, develop and nurture team members, ensuring regular contact and one-to-one time is maintained
  • Carry out such additional responsibilities as may be considered necessary by the Management

Required skills & experience :

  • Marketing Degree would be desirable
  • CIM Membership would be desirable
  • Proven experience in marketing, in product and brand development
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

This role is office based with a requirement to travel internationally where required. This role has 1 direct report.
