The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid performance strategy and delivery across Meta and Google platforms, blending data with creativity to drive consistent ROI and growth.

  • Own and execute high‑budget paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads

You Will Need
  • Strong in paid media roles, ideally within DTC or e‑commerce

  • Proven ability to manage 6–7 figure budgets profitably
  • High confidence with GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify analytics and attribution
  • A creative mindset with the ability to brief and test performance‑driven assets
