Role Details:

• Assess and review children eligible for continence products.
• Monitor and advise on children's bladder and bowel health.
• Liaise with educational settings and implement intimate care plans and toilet training care plans.
• Contribute to Educational, Health, and Care Plans.
• Support and work alongside the Early Years Specialist Nursery Nurse.
• Provide training to educational settings regarding the correct use of continence products.
• Prepare young people receiving continence products for transition to the Adult Bladder and Bowel Care Service.

Working Pattern: 22.5 hours, pattern negotiable

Interview Date: 6th August 2025

Pay: The salary reflects Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award to be implemented later this year. If you join before this date, the pay will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on 2024/25 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25).
