Job summary
A healthcare organization in Barry is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will assist GPs during patient procedures, manage stock, and participate in audits. Qualified applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care and have experience in a healthcare setting. The role offers flexibility in hours, primarily to be full-time, Monday to Friday, with an emphasis on excellent patient care.
Qualifications

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HCA, with experience of working as a HCA in general practice, to complement our Nursing Team.
Duties will include
Assisting GPs in patient procedures such as minor operations
Stock ordering and maintenance
Audits
Salary Band 3 or 4 depending on experience
Days of work Monday to Friday
Hours preferably full-time, but flexible for the right candidate.
