A GP surgery in England is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will engage in various nursing duties, including wound care, immunisation programmes, and conducting cervical smears. Strong experience in primary care and nursing teams is essential. This position offers between 25 and 37.5 hours per week across 3 or 4 days. You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective nursing services to the patient population.
Qualifications
Experience in primary care settings.
Capability to manage chronic diseases.
Ability to record accurate clinical notes.
Responsabilités
Perform general nursing tasks and immunisations.
Conduct cervical smears and phlebotomy.
Provide travel advice and ensure effective nursing services.
