A leading healthcare provider in Scotland seeks a Band 5 Paediatric Complex Care Registered Nurse to join the Children's Complex Care Team. The role requires NMC registration and values experience in pediatric care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Paediatric Complex Care Registered Nurse post within the Children’s Complex Care Team.
A first level NMC Registration is essential, previous experience in Children’s Complex Care is desirable. Adult or Learning Disability Registered Nurses with significant experience of caring for children with complex health needs will also be considered.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care plans with input to the setting of standards of care within the service. There will also be an element of providing training sessions and supervision to support staff within the team.
The successful candidate will be a keen team player, have excellent communication skills and display an enthusiasm to promote patient centered care within our Complex Care Service.
