We’re looking for confident, calm, and classroom-ready Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Gloucester. No teaching experience needed, no subject knowledge required, no last-minute marking marathons. You simply guide classes through the work that’s already been set by the teacher. Nice and straightforward.

• Covering a teacher’s timetable for the day
• Supervising lessons across a mix of subjects
• Leading form time or registration
• Keeping the classroom calm, focused, and on track
• Being the steady, sensible adult in the room

If you’ve ever organised a group of friends, wrangled younger siblings, or held your nerve during a group quiz, you’ve already got the foundations of what schools value most: great behaviour management.

You’ll be working at different secondary schools around Gloucester, so being able to drive or reach schools easily by public transport is essential.
