Pay Rate: £16.50 to £21.95 per hour (depending on shift)

A well-established business based in Loughborough, offering a permanent role within a skilled fabrication team across both day and night shifts.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join either the day shift or night-shift team. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding and fabricating structural components. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and a strong benefits package.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform MIG welding and fabricate structural components
- Utilise hand tools and machinery to cut, bend and assemble metal components
- Perform quality control checks
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fabrication projects
- Operate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate components
- Contribute to a culture of safety, diversity and inclusion
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Apprentice trained or proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Able to operate a variety of hand tools and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Valid certification in welding techniques is an advantage
