Job Overview

As a Night Senior Care Assistant at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Responsibilities
  • Planning and implementing care to give residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
  • Getting to know residents and families and helping to deliver truly personalised care plans.
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants and maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the job you do and building strong relationships with the rest of your team.
Qualifications
  • Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and working towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Strong record keeping and time management skills.
  • Positive energy, natural ability to get along with people and true kindness in communication.
