About The Role

As the Head’s P.A., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Head, Head of Senior School, and Head of Junior School across our campuses. You’ll provide high-level administrative and diary management support, ensuring communication flows seamlessly between school leadership, staff, parents, and external stakeholders. Acting as a key point of contact for parents, you’ll handle correspondence with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service. You will also support school operations and events, from managing reports and coordinating meetings to assisting with parent evenings and compliance tracking. This is a dynamic, cross-campus role requiring agility, initiative, and a strong sense of discretion.

You are a highly organised, confident professional with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and can manage competing priorities with ease. With strong interpersonal skills, you build positive relationships at all levels and consistently demonstrate professionalism and discretion. It would be advantageous if you are proficient in Microsoft Office, adept at minute-taking, and have experience in education or school environments. Most importantly, you are committed to supporting school leadership and enhancing the experience of students and families through your efficient, proactive, and people-focused approach.
