A healthcare organization in St. Ives is seeking a Community Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes. Candidates must have RGN level 2 education and experience in community work. Responsibilities include patient-centered care and participation in a multidisciplinary team. The position requires a full UK driving license and the ability to work flexibly. This role offers development opportunities within a supportive team environment.
We are looking for a Community Nurse to work in and around the St Ives/Hunts locality. You will be fully supported to gain new skills and experience needed to deliver high quality nursing care to patients in their own home or residential setting.
As a community nurse we will develop your wound care, palliative care, and long-term conditions knowledge and skills; supporting you to become an expert in assessment and care-planning to deliver quality care that is caring and compassionate.

Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
