Nursery Practitioner Roles

Bretsa is excited to partner with a highly regarded nursery in Bromley. The nursery is well-staffed, often exceeding ratios due to staff maternity leave, ensuring regular breaks and flexible schedules for all staff members.

We offer flexible working options, including 4 or 5-day workweeks, shorter shifts such as 10am to 6pm, or full-time hours with term-time holidays. The nursery values staff wellbeing and flexibility, making it a great place to work in Bromley.

We are considering applications from full-time unqualified staff, but ideally seeking Level 2/3 practitioners or higher.

Salary Bands
  • Level 2 Nursery Assistant: £23,000
  • Level 3 Nursery Practitioner: £24,000 to £25,000+
  • Level 3+ Room Leader: £26,000-£27,000
