Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily retail activities.
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.
- Staff Management
- Develop and manage staff schedules to meet sales and operational targets.
- Recruit, train, and guide new team members.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Product and Inventory Control
- Oversee inventory levels and product availability across all categories including Asian groceries, fresh produce, and ethnic items.
- Ensure timely restocking, manage waste, and maintain product displays.
- Customer Service
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
