A leading trade association in the UK is seeking a Social Media Officer to implement a comprehensive social media strategy. The successful candidate will manage content, engage with senior staff on social media presence, and track performance metrics. The BVCA is seeking a social media officer who will join a dynamic communications team working as part of the wider external affairs department. This role is pivotal to the BVCA highlighting key facts that tell the story of private capital’s importance in the UK. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience of writing engaging posts across a broad range of social media platforms. Experience of reporting and metrics is also important as this role will require you to see how our social media platforms are engaged with. You will be adept at working with stakeholders to enable you to work across senior management at the BVCA to help raise the senior team’s social media profile.
A strong relationship builder, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure messaging is consistent and timely and develop timelines that work
