Mid‑Weight Health Creative

As a Mid‑Weight Health Creative you will develop creative, insight‑driven ideas that translate complex scientific and medical topics into powerful, culturally relevant work for health and pharma audiences.

  • Lead creative ideation, develop original concepts, platforms and campaigns that answer client briefs.
  • Translate scientific insights into visual and written creative platforms across multiple channels.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers and strategists to bring ideas to life, presenting concepts to stakeholders and clients.
  • Apply health, pharma and wellness expertise to ensure work is compliant, accurate and impactful.
  • Create visually striking mock‑ups, layouts and presentations, using AI tools to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated creative outputs on brand, timing and budget.
  • Support senior creative team with pitches, new‑business visuals and high‑standard visual storytelling.
Qualifications
  • Proof of conceptual thinking and portfolio demonstrating strong visual impact and execution.
  • Solid experience in AI‑assisted mock‑up creation and presentation design.
  • Strong layout, composition and visual storytelling skills.
  • Passion for health, pharma and wellness, with preference for understanding regulatory nuance.
  • Excellent communication, time‑management and collaborative abilities.
  • Awareness of cultural trends and ability to translate them into relevant health narratives.

Senior Manager Social Impact

You will manage a portfolio of global “impact” organisations, delivering integrated communications strategies that shift perceptions and policies on health, development, humanitarian and environmental issues.

  • Develop and draft media strategies, press releases, reactive media statements, FAQs, memoranda, crisis plans and other deliverables.
  • Oversee proactive media outreach and reactive media relations strategies.
  • Translate strategies into tactical plans, ensuring deliverables align with strategy.
  • Lead day‑to‑day client contact, triage client issues and oversee project management trackers.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver on‑time, on‑budget work plans with minimal supervision.
  • Support senior creative team in pitches, new‑business opportunities and visual storytelling.
  • Develop budgets, support invoice and activity report creation, maintaining profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account organically and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience delivering integrated communications strategies across global health, development, humanitarian or environmental topics.
  • Strong media‑relations operator with ability to craft compelling stories.
  • Understanding of top‑tier media and how journalists operate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to digest complex information for clear copy.
  • Mastery in writing press releases, key message documents, pitches, social content, etc.
  • Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in Microsoft programs and digital/social media platforms.
  • Ambitious, proactive and solutions‑oriented.
  • Strong presentation skills and willingness to pitch.

Senior Associate Digital

This client‑facing role involves managing digital and social media programs across a varied portfolio, delivering high‑profile communication campaigns.

  • Support digital/integrated clients, assisting in development and execution of digital and social media programs.
  • Liaise with clients, develop account material, timelines and manage project support.
  • Draft and manage brief briefs, partner with creative, paid and media relations teams.
  • Oversee digital and social content production: editorial calendar, ad mock‑ups, publishing models.
  • Educate and sell clients on content creation, paid promotion and platform use.
  • Collaborate across teams to measure success against campaign goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming, planning and new‑business pitch content creation.
  • Track budgets, invoicing, fee and out‑of‑pocket trackers, preparation of purchase orders and reports.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate level experience in a similar digital or social role, or with social media and paid content creation.
  • Excellent project management, digital and social media skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Commercially savvy with proficiency in social listening, paid social, paid search, display, SEO, organic content, influencer management and digital strategy.
  • Experience interacting with clients day‑to‑day and managing multiple disciplines.
  • Attention to detail, ability to deliver high‑quality work under deadlines.
  • Positive, problem‑solving attitude and entrepreneurial streak.
