This is a full‑time role for a SocialMedia Manager (or Senior Manager) located in Manchester, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, and managing day‑to‑day social media operations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing & Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Hands‑on experience in managing and motivating a team of social media experts
- Paid Media Experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing content strategy
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
- Experience in PR or related fields is a bonus
- You’ll be both creative & analytical – plus highly organized and buttoned down
