As our Digital Media Manager, you will own the acquisition layer for our Performance Paid Social, Display & Video activity – driving revenue growth through combining both long‑term channel evolution and short‑term optimisation. This role is a key part of our Performance Media leadership team and will lead a team of three as well as resource at our external digital agency. We're looking for strong leadership capability, great communication and channel knowledge but above all, someone who truly values the people they lead.
