A leading UK healthcare trust is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise a team and ensure high cleanliness standards across clinical and non-clinical areas. Responsibilities include daily task allocation, monitoring performance standards, and staff training. The ideal candidate should have a GCSE education including Maths and English and knowledge of NHS cleaning standards, along with a willingness to obtain relevant qualifications. The post holder is required to lead and supervise a large number of Housekeeping Assistants, under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring the environment is maintained to the highest possible standard. Responsible for delivering daily Housekeeping services including the daily allocation of work, monitoring standards of cleanliness, reporting of maintenance faults and ensuring all clinical and non-clinical areas are fit for purpose as outlined in the Cleaning Standards.
Two Vacancies: 1x 37.5 hours and 1x 22.5 hours.
