Key responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee Business Analyst / Developer:

As a Graduate Trainee Business Analyst / Developer, you ll embark on a structured development journey, working closely with one of our company Directors and an existing experienced Analyst / Developer to gain hands‑on experience and personalised mentorship.

Your first 12 months will involve a variety of impactful projects, including:

  • Conducting sales, purchasing, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining databases, reporting tools, and analysis dashboards
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to improve processes and efficiency
  • Designing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions

This role is ideal for someone who loves problem‑solving, thrives on continuous learning, and enjoys turning data and ideas into meaningful business outcomes.

What we are looking for in our Graduate Trainee Business Analyst / Developer:
