You will act as a strategic advisor and technical expert for the CCaaS platform, working closely with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. • Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales, and partner teams to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales.
• Proven experience in channel sales and managing complex sales cycles.
• Technical expertise in CCaaS platforms, preferably Zendesk, Amazon Connect, or AWS‑based solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Experience selling to C‑level executives and driving strategic business outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
