  • Raising sales invoices, credit notes, and issuing statements.
  • Ensuring accurate billing by understanding and applying client contract details.

  • Investigating on-account payments and processing fees for specific clients.
  • Responding to Accounts Receivable queries and maintaining accurate system balances.
