Specification Sales Manager – Leading Manufacturer of Interiors – into Developers / House Builders

Area : South East / London / West and East Midlands (must be able to travel to London)

The Role of Specification Sales Manager

This is a field-based Specification Sales Manager position, combining strategic account management with proactive new business development. You will represent a premium design‑led interiors brand and have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential national and regional developers. You will :

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with C‑level decision makers including directors, procurement teams, and marketing teams
  • Drive new business opportunities and set up framework agreements with high‑value clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative solutions and showcasing award‑winning products
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and self‑generate appointments
  • Represent a highly specified brand recognised for design quality and innovation

The Candidate for the Specification Sales Manager Role
  • Construction sales background in interiors or heavy‑side (Area Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, etc.)
  • Experience selling to senior decision makers including director‑level and procurement
  • Experience working on framework agreements
  • Stable track record of results
  • Credible and confident dealing with senior decision makers
  • Consultative approach with strong relationship‑building skills

  • Up to £60,000 basic salary
