A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a large-scale roofing and cladding project at a recycling plant in North Wales. This hands-on role requires ownership of the project timelines and quality standards, with a salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial construction project management and relevant certifications.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing industrial construction projects.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain clear reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking.

Project Manager - Industrial Roofing & Cladding
Location: North Wales
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ongoing delivery of a large-scale industrial roofing and cladding package on a major recycling plant. The project is already underway, and we need someone who can step in quickly and keep things moving with structure, pace, and control.
- Manage all aspects of the project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
- Maintain clear reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or similar tools
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Proven track record managing industrial construction projects
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Valid and in-date: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)
- Comfortable using IT tools; MS Project experience preferred
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership and drive progress on a live site.
