Job description

Take ownership of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across our healthcare and life sciences markets. You’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering campaigns end to end — from strategy and content creation to performance analysis and optimisation.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results‑driven Marketing Campaign Manager with proven B2B experience to join our Commercial Team. You’ll manage multi‑channel campaigns independently from planning through delivery, applying insight from data, market trends, and customer feedback to continually improve results. You will be the go‑to person for your campaigns.

Reporting to our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll also work closely with Research, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial goals and delivers measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑led environment: confident managing multiple priorities and motivated by seeing their work directly contribute to growth and better healthcare experiences for children and families worldwide.

This role is hybrid in our Leeds office or remote first in the rest of the UK.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, deliver, and optimise defined multi‑channel marketing campaigns end to end.
  • Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, managing timelines, stakeholders, and performance metrics.
  • Develop test‑and‑learn strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and adoption across key audiences.

Campaign Content Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination for campaign content, briefing internal and external contributors and editing materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Write and adapt content for different audiences and channels (e.g. landing pages, emails, blogs, social).
  • Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure alignment across business units.

Performance & Reporting

  • Own campaign reporting and analysis, drawing actionable insights from performance data.
  • Present findings and recommendations to influence wider marketing strategy.
  • Run controlled experiments (e.g. A/B tests) to refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing outputs are effectively supporting commercial objectives.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of sales enablement and customer‑facing materials required for campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for in‑person and virtual events.

Non‑negotiable:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience with demonstrable results in meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Experience in owning the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of using data‑driven insight to improve performance.
  • Strong written communication skills, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and formats.
  • Experience using CRM, CMS, email and social media marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences sectors.
  • Experience running account‑based marketing campaigns.

Behaviours and Values Needed:

  • Proactive with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Analytical and curious.
  • Organised and adaptable.
  • Collaborative and communicative.
  • Customer‑centred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic salary range: £38‑43k.
  • 28 days annual leave pro‑rata (plus public holidays) on full‑time FTE.
  • £500 annual training budget.
  • £200 one‑off home‑working budget.
  • Flexible working with core hours.
  • Enhanced (family & parental) leave policies.
  • Up to 6% pension match (salary sacrifice).
  • Friendly and collaborative team who value and respect each other.

Please note we are unable to sponsor visas.

About Little Journey

Little Journey was founded in 2018 by Dr Chris Evans and Sophie Copley. As an anaesthetic doctor and father himself, Chris witnessed first‑hand the distress experienced by children and families coming to hospital for surgery. Partnering with Sophie, an expert in human‑centred product design, they created a prototype version of the Little Journey app to support children undergoing elective surgery.

Since then, the business has accelerated quickly, having been adopted in more than 100 healthcare organisations worldwide and translated into over 20 languages. We also partner with leading organisations such as LEGO and top‑tier pharmaceutical companies to improve the paediatric clinical trial experience. We raised Series A investment in 2024 from internationally leading VC funds and are using this to scale further into other markets and achieve our mission of changing the future of personalised paediatric care.
