PPC & Funnel Marketer (B2B SaaS / EdTech, US Market)

Compensation: $2,000–4,000 USD per month, gross

We are a B2B SaaS company aimed at an English-speaking audience.

  • 1,000+ active customers
  • Proprietary AI-driven lead-gen technology
  • Target clients: marketing & IT freelancers and agencies in the USA, Canada, and EU
Why We’re Hiring

Our five-person marketing team needs a specialist who can scale lead flow especially in the US and Canada, with the EU as a secondary market.

  • PPC (Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
  • Influencer marketing
  • SMM (X, LinkedIn)
  • Cold email + LinkedIn outreach
Primary growth goal:
  • Reach 650 SQLs/month at ≤ $65 per SQL via PPC & influencer channels (SEO support welcome)
  • Drive traffic to: direct-response pages, VSL funnels, educational & automated-webinar funnels
Your Core Responsibilities
  • Craft & execute strategies to hit 650 demo bookings/month at CAC ≤ $250
  • Run or manage paid campaigns (hands-on or via vendors)
  • Build & optimize lead-gen funnels: landing pages, structure, messaging, offers, copy, video, etc.
  • Own analytics & A/B testing across all funnel stages
  • Optional: source/manage US freelance-/agency-focused influencers
  • Optional: expand SEO
Must-Have Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar B2B SaaS or EdTech role for US/Canadian markets
  • Proven record of 1,000+ SQL demo bookings/month on international markets
  • Mastery of analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Funnel design & analysis expertise
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Fluent English
  • Recruiting/optimizing external SEO, PPC, SMM, influencer partners
  • Managing $30k+ monthly PPC & influencer budgets while meeting CAC targets
