Job Title: Settlement Coordinator
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm
Salary: £26,208 (£12.60 per hour)
Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading utilities company who are seeking a Settlement Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract within their electrical settlements services team, with the potential to go permanent.
The Role
This is a key role within the Agent Services department, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of data exchanged between industry stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage data flow exceptions, interpret complex information and contribute to problem-solving across a variety of issues.
Your work directly supports the UK Government’s Net Zero strategy by ensuring accurate and reliable data availability, enabling stakeholders to manage energy as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Data Flow Exceptions within industry standard SLAs
- Provide technical and administrative support
- Report on performance, exceptions, and resolutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party agents
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve systems and processes
- Carry out additional duties as required
About You
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented, proactive and resilient to change
Desirable (but not essential): Knowledge of the electricity metering or data industry.
