A leading water treatment company in Scunthorpe is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for mechanical maintenance tasks on Water Treatment Plant systems across the UK. Candidates should have extensive mechanical engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive safety approach. Competitive salary ranging from £33,500 to £41,500 per year, alongside benefits including overtime and private healthcare eligibility after probation.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for delivering front line mechanical preventative and corrective maintenance on Water Treatment Plant systems throughout the UK. The role will also include working closely with and supporting projects and other maintenance elements within the business, such as plant equipment upgrades and commissioning of new equipment. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Operators to ensure effective delivery of maintenance/project activities in a timely manner.
