Property Litigation Solicitor
A Hampshire private practice law firm has a requirement within their Property Litigation department to handle a full caseload of Property Litigation, Landlord and Tenant matters.
This is a contentious opportunity involving dealing with all aspects of property litigation including possession claims, boundary disputes, break notices, lease terminations, debt collections. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor may have previously worked on behalf of Social housing clients, local authority or as a civil litigation solicitor.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor of Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE.
Salary dependent upon experience.
