Employment Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to secure a new role with a progressive law firm? This could be the role for you! JOB REF: 9357

This impressive employment team is known for providing clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice to a diverse client base, acting for both respondents and claimants.

Due to increasing demand, they are seeking a motivated and confident individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience to help deliver excellent legal support across a broad spectrum of employment matters.

1. Your caseload will include settlement agreements, redundancy situations, TUPE, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, equality and discrimination claims, grievances and disciplinaries, and restrictive covenants.
2. You will have confidence in managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
3. You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
