An established industry player is looking for a Trusts Advisor to join their expanding legal team. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own Trusts caseload, providing expert advice to trustees and beneficiaries. You will be involved in the administration, creation, and termination of Trusts, as well as offering tax advice and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. What will you do?
- Run your own Trusts caseload
- Advise existing trustee's, beneficiaries and those setting up Trusts
- Administration of Trusts
- Creation & termination of Trusts
- Provide tax advice to Trustees, prepare the relevant tax returns & annual accounts
- Advise and assist with regulatory matters including registration with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service
What do you need?
- Ideally to be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Trusts Advisor
- You do not need to be qualified to fulfill this role
- At least 1 years’ experience within trusts - or at least a private client background and interest in trusts work
