Job title: Solicitor – Commercial Property

Location: Central London / Remote Working

PQE: 2 – 3 Yrs

Established, well-known commercial London practice are looking for an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to join their property team. The role will mainly be commercial work however you must be able to run residential files as and when needed. You must have previous experience acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting and acquiring leases for both landlords and tenants and experience of bridging work. You must have excellent technical knowledge as well as a proven ability in business development.

Fantastic opportunity for a motivated commercial property solicitor to join a respected firm with ambitious plans to expand their team. It is essential that you have strong networking skills and a proven track record establishing and building relationships with new and existing clients. There are excellent long term opportunities for the right candidate.
