Exciting opportunity for a Planning NQ-3 Solicitor to join this leading regional firm with offices throughout the Midlands and South of England.

Based in Herefordshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly department where you can work autonomously as well as part of a team across all their offices. You can expect to be involved in a variety of work including:

  • Advising on Planning Contravention Notices, Breach of Condition Notices and Stop Notices
  • Advocacy including Public Inquiries
  • Enforcement notices
  • Appeals against the refusal/non-determination of planning applications
  • Assets of community value, Local Green Space Designations and Town and Village Greens
  • Compulsory purchase
  • Defending planning prosecutions
  • High Court challenges - statutory review and judicial review
  • Listed buildings consent, heritage assets and conservation areas
  • Planning and environment due diligence
  • Planning objections
  • Section 106 agreements and infrastructure agreements
