Job summary
A reputable law firm in Bristol seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor with over 4 years of experience to manage a diverse caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of property law and excellent communication skills. This role includes advising clients, handling court proceedings, and contributing to business development. A collaborative environment with a focus on client service is offered.
Qualifications
- 4+ years post-qualification experience in property litigation.
- Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law.
- Proactive approach to client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of property disputes.
- Advise clients on risk management.
- Handle proceedings in County Court and High Court.
- Support on complex and high-value matters.
- Engage in business development.

Education
TSR Legal are currently supporting a well-regarded firm based in Bristol who are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to become a key member of our client’s busy and growing wider Dispute Resolution team. You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, boundary disputes, and rights of way.
- Advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.
- Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal.
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
- Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, 4+ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently. Commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for client service.
