Construction Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Newcastle, £Competitive (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to handle high-quality work across a diverse range of clients within the construction, engineering, and energy sectors.

Role
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate legal advice and guidance to a varied client base.
  • Advise on claims in the construction, engineering and energy sectors, professional negligence claims against construction professionals, adjudication, enforcement, arbitration, litigation, and other forms of ADR including mediation.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  • Take an active role in business development, building new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
Skills Required
  • Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years' PQE.
  • Proven experience in handling contentious construction matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and ADR.
  • Excellent organisational and case management skills.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and able to foster long-term client relationships.
