Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction / Fit out

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 60,000 - £65,000

Regions: Birmingham, Midlands

Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, on a project in Birmingham responsible for Construction Fit out package, working for a major contractor.

Responsibilities
  • As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage ongoing relationships with the subcontractors to deliver on the infrastructure projects.
  • Handle the tendering process to find best subcontractors within the Fit out space.
  • Negotiate contracts including plant, materials, resources and of course, incredibly skilled people.
  • Sourcing local subcontractors.
  • Work with key stakeholders.
  • Commercial reporting.
Qualifications
  • Track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on first-out projects.
  • Ideally have experience within Healthcare projects.
  • The ability to deliver projects successfully.
  • Ideally be degree educated, but this is not essential.

The role would suit either a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, who has a background on large fit-out projects.
