A growing family-run business in Derby is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their dynamic team. This role involves handling enquiries, setting up project files, and supporting supplier interactions. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Comprehensive training is provided, with potential career growth into senior roles. Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 along with various benefits is offered.

- UK driving license required.
- Some estimating or construction experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and review new enquiries.
- Set up new project files.
- Request and negotiate supplier quotations.
- Arrange and minute meetings, follow up on action points.
- Update target documentation and run reports.
- Schedule and conduct site surveys.
- Prepare and send estimates, incorporating value engineering options.
- Perform follow-up calls within 24 hours of sending estimates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline.
