Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Ductwork Ventilation / HVAC Construction.
• Ability to read and analyze mechanical layout drawings and schematics.
• Experience in procurement and negotiations with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Compile take-offs and estimates from mechanical layout drawings.
• Procure building materials and manage budgets.
• Liaise with Site Managers and clients for project requirements.
