Description
We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our team at one of the UK's most unique Papa John's venues-one of only two restaurant/buffet-style Papa John's in the country. That's right, we're not just about delivery. We offer guests a full dine-in experience, combining the iconic Papa John's menu with the vibrant energy of Butlin's.
At Butlin's Skegness, food is at the heart of the holiday experience. Our guests come for the seaside fun, and stay for the unforgettable meals-and your leadership will help make that happen. This is a chance to manage one of our most popular dining spots, where variety, quality, and team spirit come together.
Working in one of our guest's favourite places to dine, being a Kitchen Manager you will be leading a team of Chefs, taking part in all aspects of team from recruitment, training, development and retention for the team.
You will be accountable for stock takes, rosters, timesheets, health & safety compliance and food safety compliance for the kitchen you lead and form a close working relationship with the Venue Manager and front of house team to provide an all-round service.
The role is part of the Restaurants department and there may be times that you support other kitchen teams.
