Responsibilities
  • Keep kitchen, back-of-house, and storage areas sparkling clean and well-organized
  • Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity
  • Support the team by setting up, replenishing, and cleaning food service counters
  • Check and record deliveries, temperatures, and stock in line with company systems (Kelsius)
  • Assist with safe storage, security, and record keeping of all deliveries
  • Follow cleaning schedules, hygiene, and safety procedures (including chemicals handling)
  • Assist at special functions and provide cover during staff holidays/sickness
  • Report and act on any accidents, issues, or customer feedback immediately
