As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class culinary experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity for our customers and colleagues.

• Deliver high-quality dishes within your designated section, maintaining outstanding standards at all times
• Prepare, cook, and present food in line with company specifications and menu requirements
• Maintain excellent kitchen organisation, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper food storage
• Assist with menu development, contributing ideas and supporting innovation
• Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations
• Report any equipment issues, hazards, or incidents to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

• Passionate about food with strong culinary skills and experience in a similar role
• Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to producing high-quality dishes
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across the kitchen
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency, presentation, and exceptional standards
