A leading construction firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction sector and a strong network of industry contacts. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits including a car allowance and bonus scheme.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + £5k car allowance + bonus scheme

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with existing conacts to work for a successful main contractor to help targeted business growth. The company is looking to bring someone in with existing sales experience in business development within the wider Construction sector and contacts, whetehr within Consultancies, landlords, end users, Tier 1 main contractors or other.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support the company's objectives and further enhance our competitive edge in the market.
