A leading event management company based in London is seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to ensure exceptional customer service for their events. The role involves coordinating with exhibitors, managing queries, and overseeing event logistics. Ideal candidates will possess a degree, have experience in the exhibition industry, and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars, London office
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and based in 240 Blackfriars Rd in London, to work within the Operations team to ensure that the customer service for all events within the Labelexpo Global Series portfolio is second to none. They will be involved in pre-show communications for all global shows in the portfolio. They will work closely with all departments and event teams in particular marketing and operations to ensure a high quality of delivery internally, and externally in respect of contracted service providers and customers.
